If clicking does nothing, try these steps:
Click the column header and select Force Rerun Column to reset and jump start the run.
If cells are stuck or queued, you can also right-click the column and choose Force Run All Rows. [1]
For enrichments, toggling auto-update off and on, or clicking "re-run this cell," may help.
If the issue persists, perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
If you still need help, request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person."
