To maintain a positive and productive environment for all members, we expect everybody to follow these guidelines: Be Human 🤖 Help us maintain a strong community by using your real identity.
Add your full name & profile picture to your Slack profile before making any posts.
Use proper grammar in your posts and responses.
Be Respectful 
Treat all members with kindness; our community welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and experiences.
Engage in discussions thoughtfully, even if your opinions differ from another member’s.
Focus on sharing value before requesting it.
Ask yourself, "How would I feel if I read this?" before posting.
Stay On Topic – Use the Right Channel 
Look at the numbered channel names in your sidebar to figure out the right place to post.
Every channel has a description and a pinned post explaining what it’s for.
Do not post the same message in multiple channels – it comes across as spammy.
Share Thoughtfully 🤲🏼 Be thoughtful about using the Clay Slack to promote your products or services.
You can share what you are building within your introduction (Introduce Yourself) and templates or thought leadership in Share Resources, but make sure you are always adding value for others.
Please see the pinned posts in the channels for tips on how to engage meaningfully.
If you suspect that someone is spamming many members of the community via DMs, please DM the Slack Community Lead, Shriya Nevatia, to escalate this issue.
Maintain Privacy and Stay Vigilant
Respect the privacy of fellow community members and refrain from sharing personal information with any member via DMs.
Never invite anyone to your Clay Workspace unless you're absolutely certain about what you're doing.

Keep it Above Board ⚖️ You are welcome to discuss tradeoffs of different GTM tactics in the community, but do not use the community to seek out accounts or services that violate other platforms’ terms.
Do not buy, sell, rent, lend, or solicit accounts, logins, or seats on any platform.
Do not offer or request services whose primary purpose is circumventing another platform's terms, rate limits, or authentication.
Do not share or request datasets of personal information you don't have the right to distribute.
Include Compensation in Job Posts 💰 All job posts in Share Jobs must include compensation in USD.
Part-time work should include hourly or project-based pay.
Full-time work should include weekly, monthly, or annual salary.
Every job post must also include: • ⏱️ Part-time or full-time — if part-time, include expected weekly hours • 📍 Location + timezone — remote roles must specify timezone • 🔗 LinkedIn profile of the person posting • 🏢 Name of the organization hiring
