Thanks for your patience Denver. I noticed a pattern where if a work email doesn't have a result, like in row 9, it will also usually say 'Not found' under "Clay Support". This would make "run condition not met" because the work email is unknown (empty value) and "Clay Support" column says 'Not found'. Do you mind pointing me to a row where "Create object" should run?

Hi Denver, sorry for the delay here! You're super close, the issue is with the "Lookup object" column. Clay can't see when a cell says "Missing input" (this is a message that surfaces from our backend), so I created a "Clay Support" column that returns a text value that says "Not found" as a placeholder instead. I would suggest using the "Clay Support" column as reference in your run condition of the "Create object" column. Let me know if you have further questions!
