hey Sayli G. i understand you're busy and working very hard on supporting your customers. Just wanna let you know that 4-5 hour delay in reply most likely mean the problem is resolved on some way. By deleting columns, adding, etc. Usually, in my case, if there's no reply in 15 mins, I can't afford to wait. No critique, just want to let you know that the column I want to reference is deleted and no longer exists, and problem is resolved 🙂
