Consolidated Actions

a.
Combined previously separate actions into just three main types, 1) Create object, 2) Update object, 3) Lookup object

Enhanced Object Type Handling

a.
Added object type dropdown menu
b.
Supports companies, contacts, deals, leads, and custom objects
c.
All lifecycle stages and related fields are now proper dropdowns

Improved Update Functionality

a.
Updates now use HubSpot ID instead of email address
b.
Added "ignore blank values" feature to prevent accidental data overwrites

Advanced Lookup Capabilities

a.
New: search by multiple fields or by HubSpot object ID

Added OR search operator

Option to remove blank values to reduce response size

Can return multiple objects in results

New Association Features

a.
Ability to create associations between different objects

Haha thank you for waiting to ship this for me, Eric E.. I feel my efforts to build a private Hubspot app a few months ago were justified. But this looks awesome + super comprehensive. Congrats on the launch!

Petra H. — Will think about how to add this — if it was an all or nothing contains for now, would that work? Meaning like even if you used multiple fields, every field would be contains?

Eric E. does this update mean that we can no longer use one column to create or update an object? In the past I've used this enrichment (see screenshot) to look up the contact's email in my Hubspot as the unique identifier, but now it seems like I'll have to use 3 columns to do this instead (lookup object, update object, create object). Let me know if I'm missing something though.

Correct. You can use the old action if you duplicate an old table, but we got rid of it for new columns because Hubspot had that functionality on a legacy API that is no longer fully supported. If they add it to their later versions of the API we can look into supporting it again Kaitlyn L.. With this being said you can lookup, create or update using conditional formulas in the meantime

Can I still use the old "import contacts" option from HubSpot. I created a workbook with 4 tables, that uses the left column, but the column on the right is the new way to do it. Is it still possible to just click on the + and import contact lists the old way?

It's already Xmas, just saw this when creating new tables this morning Eric E. amazing shipping How does it work when for a Multi checkbox property you want to 'append' a value: do you just put a ; in front of each value?
