🚀 Sculpted Agency is hiring a Clay Implementation Specialist 🚀 We need a hands-on pro who can jump into client accounts, turn business problems into clean Clay workflows, and ship fast—without blowing the budget. What you’ll do • Chat with clients to unpack goals & constraints • Design the optimal Clay plan: data sources, enrichments, AI prompting • Build & maintain Clay tables end-to-end (fetch, dedupe, transform) • Optimize for cost and speed—no wasted rows • Communicate progress clearly (loom updates, async Slack, quick calls) Must-haves ✓ Deep Clay expertise (formulas, enrichment, automations) ✓ Strong prompt-engineering chops for AI enrichment & cleanup ✓ Client-facing communication skills—translate “I need leads” into a working dataset ✓ Bias for action: iterate quickly, test, and deliver results Nice-to-haves • Experience with sales/marketing data or RevOps stacks • Familiarity with Zapier / Make for lightweight integrations • Basic SQL or Python for edge-case data wrangling Logistics • Remote, project-based (with option to expand) • Competitive hourly or per-project rate • Start ASAP—first projects ready to roll Interested?
