Wanted to share an issue I've brought up a couple of times to Clay support already, haven't seen a fix yet. With the Find Companies function, sometimes the domain given in output is Google.com, Facebook.com, wix.com etc... I'm assuming it's because the website linked to their social page is a Facebook page, or wix website etc. Problem is, when we start enriching for contacts, if we don't pay close attention to the irrelevant websites, we find employees at those companies like Google which of course we don't want to reach out to. Has anyone implemented a workaround for this? Or is the Clay team working on a fix?
Totally agree with this. This is more of a nice to have. Would love to see the Clay team work on actual issues to core functions and enrichment columns instead
