Anybody experiencing tables that aren’t working, can’t create columns, changes to cells aren’t saving. Basically can’t do anything. It happened yesterday and I thought it was an isolated issue (probably due to network), but I’m experiencing the same problem today.
This sounds like a performance issue. Try a hard refresh first: Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R Mac: Cmd + Shift + R Performance issues often occur with larger tables or when multiple actions run simultaneously, causing latency where cell data takes longer to load. If you're experiencing empty rows or display issues, try clearing your cache and refreshing your screen. For columns stuck in "queued" status, create a new column by duplicating the problematic one and run it on affected rows. If the "write to table" function isn't working, try using Force Run in table settings.
Same, Facing same issues from yesterday.
Crazy!
For persistent column creation and saving issues, try these additional steps: For stuck columns: ** Delete the problematic column and create a fresh one ** If columns show "queued" status, duplicate the column and run it on affected rows For "write to table" issues: ** Use Force Run in table settings (may take time depending on table size) ** Ensure auto-dedup is activated in the target table For display/saving problems: ** Clear cache and refresh - empty rows or display issues are often short-term front-end performance problems ** Larger tables can experience loading delays If these steps don't resolve the persistent issues, request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" for further investigation.
Same here, facing major issues right now. With a critical build for a client...
For persistent table issues after standard troubleshooting, try these additional steps: For column creation problems: ** Delete problematic columns completely and create fresh ones ** If columns show "queued" status, duplicate the column and run it on affected rows For saving/performance issues: ** Clear browser cache and refresh to resolve persistent error messages ** Performance issues often occur with larger tables when multiple actions run simultaneously For write to table functions: ** Use Force Run in table settings (may take time depending on table size) ** Ensure auto-dedup is activated in the target table If these steps don't resolve your critical build issues, request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" for immediate investigation.
Me too. On a deadline and I can’t work on any client at the moment

Yeah, it's been stuck like this forever. Some people from Clay need to get back to work right now...
Hey Marco S. Refresh Clay in Incognito Mode (Chrome) Clear browser cache & cookies Check Clay's status page https://status.clay.run If still broken Duplicate the table and try editing the copy Or create a new table and import old data Still not working? Contact Clay Support via chat with table link likely a backend sync issue.
same thing. Nothing is working.
Welcome! Alright men and if you want then I complete your projects,
I have the same issue not bale to create table.
Same here. Last 24 hours it's been useable. Tried refreshing, incognito, re created tables, re tried API calls. Every kind of reset I can think of. Nothing working.
Hi Marco, Thank you for reaching out to the support team. We had an incident earlier today. The earlier latency issues affecting some Clay tables have now been resolved. Everything should be loading as expected again. Thanks so much for your patience while we worked through it! If you're still experiencing any issues, please let us know.
Munnawar H. it's not resolved on my end. things are still running slow and some columns not even running
Hey Marco! I believe the issue should be solved now. If you manually stop runs by clicking "Stop Updates" in the bottom right and then manually re-run the enrichments, you should see a performance bump. Hope this helps!
