Hiring: GTM Engineer at Beanstalk Location: Remote | Type: Full-time > About Beanstalk - Generated $40M+ in pipeline for clients in the last two years - Doubled in size in just the past few months - Join a fast-scaling GTM team where you’ll learn quickly, move fast, and make a direct impact. - Work with a couple of the most recognized digital marketing brands worldwide > Mission - Own outbound campaigns that generate pipeline and retain clients. - You’ll run strategy, list building, copywriting, launch, and performance across multiple B2B accounts. > Daily Work - Write and launch cold email sequences - Build segmented lead lists (Clay, Apollo) - Monitor inbox health, reply rates, and KPIs - Lead client check-ins, respond quickly, and optimize campaigns - Track work in ClickUp and suggest improvements > You - 1–2+ years in B2B outbound, sales, or client success - Strong cold email copywriting skills - Clay experience - Proactive communicator via Slack, Loom, and Google Meet - Organized and confident managing accounts post-ramp (10–15) > Culture - Ownership, client obsession, and always improving.
