Mission Own outbound campaigns that generate pipeline and retain clients. You’ll run strategy, list building, copywriting, launch, and performance across multiple B2B accounts. Daily Work
Write and launch cold email sequences
Build segmented lead lists (Clay, Apollo)
Monitor inbox health, reply rates, and KPIs
Lead client check-ins, respond quickly, and optimize campaigns
Track work in ClickUp and suggest improvements
You
1–2+ years in B2B outbound, sales, or client success
Strong cold email copywriting skills
Some Clay experience
Proactive communicator via Slack, Loom, and Google Meet
Organized and confident managing accounts post-ramp (10–15)
