Run outbound campaigns that generate pipeline and client retention. You'll fully own strategy, list building, copywriting, launch, and performance across multiple B2B accounts.
Daily Activities
Write cold email sequences and deploy via EmailBison and other sequencers
Build segmented lead lists with Clay, Apollo
Monitor inbox health, reply rates, and campaign metrics
Lead client check-ins, answer questions fast, and optimize campaigns
Track KPIs and suggest improvements to targeting or messaging
Qualifications
1–2+ years in B2B sales, client success, or outbound campaign roles
Strong cold email copy, list-building, AI & LLM usage, and deliverability skills
Proactive communicator via Slack, Loom, and Google Meet
Organized and confident managing 10–15 accounts independently
Position Description
Full-time (40 hrs/week), fully remote.
Available for internal/client comms 10am–4pm EST, but flexible outside that window.
Work with fast-moving B2B startups, get expert feedback, learn quickly, and grow without red tape—from anywhere.
