This error usually comes up when the OpenAI API key runs into rate limits, for example, if several requests are sent too quickly in a row. Clay retried six times back-to-back, which may have triggered those limits even if you still have credits. The best next step is to wait a minute and try again, or break larger actions into smaller batches to reduce the load. You can also review your current request and token limits in your OpenAI account. If it keeps happening, it may be worth checking with OpenAI about higher limits.

Some of those columns have responses, others do not have run conditions met, and one has not run as the table is off. Is there a specific paart of your workflow that you're referring to here?

Okay! So, if you use our "Argon" model, that will work. You just need to use a more advanced model to be able to work with those links. I'll go ahead and refund you the initial batch of credits that were burned here, but going forward, use Argon and that will work. I tested this on the first ten rows already so you can see the difference.

HI Garrett, Apologies for the delay here, we're operating on different timezones! I'm back though! As i mentioned yesterday, the issue here is with scraping the links that you provided as they are in a format that the AI column is struggling to read. Is there a way that you can import a list of the actual articles, because that would result in a more functional output for your use case. I'm trying to think of a workaround but it's proving to be a little bit difficult, as it seems that your only bottleneck is the format the links are in currently.

So there seems to be two questions here.

2. What happened to the excess credits we had before the rollover period?

If you have a monthly subscription, unused credits will roll over and accumulate in your account up to 2x the credit limit according to your plan. Due to this, you had 8571 credits expire. I've gone ahead and restated those credits in your acount as a one time courtesy.

Thank you for reaching out to the support team. Unfortunately, a workbook cannot be placed in multiple folders at the same time​. Each workbook can only exist in one folder at a time within your workspace.

There are some workarounds where you can duplicate a workbook but the enriched data will not be visible in the new workbook. Or you can move the workbook into a different folder. These options are found at the overview page:

I understand this is not ideal. What I can do however, is submit this as a feature request to our product team.
