Effective Interview Questions for GTME Candidates Explained

I see this question a lot, so I'm actually going to respond in the thread. I think for me, something that's an out-of-the-box thing, but it's a very wholistic question to ask GTME candidates to really get a sense of how good they are. The question that I ask is, "Okay, after you detail scenario, if I can accomplish x, y, z using 1, 2, and 3, tell me how to save credits doing this." That really helps tell ME as a hiring manager how proficient they are in Clay and do they know how to do things more than one way.

Interesting perception, so Willy H. gave me more of a creative/capability answer, yours is more about creative/efficiency answer 😄 Are there "known" clay limitation problems? haha it seems there is more of a technical vs. sales vs. whatever style of using clay within different roles

I just like out of the box thinkers. With AI, a Clay GTME can figure out most of the pieces but its the soft skills I key in on when I hire. That tells me a lot about adaptability of the applicant vs research ability though both are important in my opinion.

The company I work for puts sensors on giant mchines and tells us to shut down the machine before it blows up. Its a space called predictive monitoring. We classify ourselves as a on premise solution - series c company. 9 people in revops.

Sounds like there’s a lot of capital in your segment! 😅 May I ask you about a couple of your specific company GTME cases? I see that in the GTME field at the moment, there are differences between companies. For example, for agencies — they try to find the right ICP at the best possible moment to convert them into warm leads, and so on. It seems to be mainly Outbound 2.0. And there are companies with a lot of data layers and huge departments in marketing, sales, and development, and they are looking for someone to automate and optimise their GTM operations to be more competitive and efficient. I’m far from being an expert in the industry, to be honest. How many shapes of GTMEs are there? I’d love to hear any arguments or ideas on it from you guys! 🐙☕ Tyler P. Patrick S. Elias S. Nathan L.
