Honestly, it's not a skill, it's just results. You could have all the desire in the world, but if you're not putting in the results, whether you want to stay at your current company or go elsewhere, then it doesn't matter in my opinion.
When I moved from being an SDR to SalesOps, for instance, even to make that move happen, your desires have a lot more inertia behind them, let's call it. If you're actually hitting quota, doing what you need to do, et cetera, whether that's the first 6 months, the year, et cetera. Like you have to build some equity.
