Junior GTM Engineer - Iconic Sales
100 % Remote | Entry-level | Serbia preferred
We build cold outreach systems for B2B companies that print leads on a guaranteed basis. We're looking for a junior GTM engineer to join the team and help build those systems for our clients.
This isn't a "post on LinkedIn and call it outreach" role. You'll be deep in the tools - Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Sales Nav - building lists, setting up sequences, automating workflows, and making sure campaigns actually land and convert.
What you'll be doing
Building prospect lists (10k+ leads), setting up cold email infrastructure, running Clay workflows, maintaining data quality, supporting live client campaigns, and learning everything about how modern outbound works end to end.
What we're looking for
• Up to 1 year experience (SDR, cold email, sales ops - or genuinely self-taught)
• List building and cold email basics
• Clay - comfortable building and enriching lists
• Excel/Google Sheets - not afraid of formulas
• Daily AI user - Claude, ChatGPT, APIs don't scare you
• Problem solver who tries 5 times before asking
• Process-oriented, follows instructions, doesn't need hand-holding
• Native or near-native English
Bonus points
• Worked at a cold email agency or as an SDR
• Know Clay, Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Experience with any automation tooling
• Building toward a career in GTM, RevOps, or AI-powered sales
