Hi Everyone, Need your kind advice. Which CRM tool is worth to learn, Hubspot or Salesforce?
From what I’ve seen, both are worth learning, but HubSpot is generally more affordable and easier to get started with (better for small businesses/smaller teams). Salesforce is more powerful and customizable, and tends to be the go-to for larger enterprises with more complex workflows.
Thanks
Agree a bit with what everyone here has said. Having worked a lot with both systems, I would say Salesforce is my preference for CRM because its very flexible and customizable. However most of my consulting work the past 2 years has been Hubspot related, because a lot more new orgs are preferring the simple setup and smaller costs related with Hubspot. So if you're trying to find more short term projects with early stage businesses, Hubspot is a good system to specialize in (easier to learn the basics, but has less overall functionality and capabilities).
CRM fundamentals, you can probably pick up using Hubspot resources - the underlying best practices are interchangeable between the 2 platforms. Automations, follow along n8n or make tutorials, but ones that focus on fundamentals versus. really complex-looking workflows (those are usually symptoms of poor architectural designs). Ali A.
Close CRM is really great honestly
