My thought is a 1% response means the offer might be too broad. For Startup B, I’d narrow to one specific ICP and one outcome-driven use case instead of “AI agents + MVP + UI/UX.”
You need something to differentiate you from every other dev agency. “Startups and Enterprise” is basically everybody. Then you can send more compelling messages in a format like this: “We solve X specific problem for Y specific company type and generate Z outcome.” For example, “We help B2B SaaS companies reduce support tickets by 30% using internal AI agents trained on their docs.”
