There might be a data broker out there who specializes in Upwork data, but I dont think you'll find an enrichment source for it; they do a pretty good job of keeping that under wraps.

Upwork has search functionality that can show you job postings for certain types of jobs I believe. I would start by trying to pull what you can from the site itself and then apply enrichment to the resulting data.

Technographics are almost always related to web technologies visible on the companies web presence. Upwork in very unlikely to exist as a vendor/product signal in a Technographic database.

GPT 5.1 is my current favorite model for working with web-connected agents. You can bring your own API keys to reduce pricing as well.

I have used a lot of web scraping tools. On the cheap or free side is Instant Data Scraper (Chrome Plugin) which I've found really useful for smaller captures (it does on-page tables really well, but you'll need to practice labeling your data by hand) and Octoparse for medium jobs - it can handle pagination, local scraping (free) and threaded+cloud scraping (premium). Once upon a time I used Mozenda (now Dexi) and that platform was a lot of fun to build on - it was like Clay-before-Clay in some ways. Its way too expensive for most use cases now, and other competitors (like Octoparse) get you most of the way there at a fraction of the cost.

However Clay does have a number of API-based enrichments that can process larger amounts of data more quickly (essentially just a database query) as well as formula enrichments which can handle a lot of basic logic and transforms for free and instantly.
