I have used a lot of web scraping tools. On the cheap or free side is Instant Data Scraper (Chrome Plugin) which I've found really useful for smaller captures (it does on-page tables really well, but you'll need to practice labeling your data by hand) and Octoparse for medium jobs - it can handle pagination, local scraping (free) and threaded+cloud scraping (premium).
Once upon a time I used Mozenda (now Dexi) and that platform was a lot of fun to build on - it was like Clay-before-Clay in some ways. Its way too expensive for most use cases now, and other competitors (like Octoparse) get you most of the way there at a fraction of the cost.
