Holler is Hiring a Junior GTM Engineer for Remote, Creative, AI-Driven Go-to-Market Projects
Holler is hiring a Junior GTM Engineer We build GTM systems for a roster of genuinely exciting, cutting edge clients. Creative, ambitious companies who want us to push what go-to-market can be. This isn’t cookie-cutter outbound. We’re engineering personalized prospect experiences, AI-driven research, and automation that keeps redrawing the line on what GTM engineering can do. If that sounds like your kind of problem, keep reading. I work with Andrew Leshin (linkedin.com/in/andrew-leshin-3b725879) on client GTM projects spanning Clay, AI research, enrichment, workflow automation, personalized prospect experiences, outbound systems, and campaign operations. Andrew brings extensive experience in agency growth, winning new business, client strategy, and positioning. I’m Sid (linkedin.com/in/siddhantbhansali), a Certified Clay Expert, the first ClayBootcamp coach, and a technology and product leader with over 20 years of experience. Andrew and I are building a GTM engineering team serving international clients. We just got started and we’re already growing fast. This is an early junior hire for a team that’s scaling quickly, so there’s real room for someone to grow their capabilities with us. We’re looking for someone technical who also thinks creatively. Someone who gets a kick out of solving a problem intelligently, and who’s excited to do it alongside great clients and a team that treats GTM as a craft, not a checklist! You’d initially work on:
Building and maintaining Clay tables
Company and contact research
Data enrichment, cleaning, deduplication, and validation
ICP qualification and lead-scoring workflows
AI prompt testing and research
Preparing campaign data
Testing, documenting, and troubleshooting automations
Monitoring workflows and catching errors
This is ideal for someone who has been actively building in Clay and wants hands-on experience with real client work. We value learning ability, attention to detail, systematic problem-solving, ownership, and clear communication more than extensive experience. Bring the curiosity and the drive to keep leveling up, and we’ll meet you there. To apply, DM me with:
- a.
A brief introduction and overview of your experience (including your LinkedIn URL)
- b.
A 3-5 minute Loom showing something you personally built in Clay, automation, or data workflows
- c.
Your availability to start full-time work
