Seeking Expert for End-to-End Email Outreach Campaign Setup and Management for Lead Gen Agency

I run a lead generation agency and we use Instantly.ai and Clay for all our clients. Anyone here great at the running email outreach campaigns and knows the process end to end (list building, script writing, campaign set up and inbox management strategy)? Or can you recommend someone? I don't have the time to build proper processes, systems and SOPs in my agency and I'm looking to hire another expert to help (either on-going or one-off set up).
