You will:
Build & maintain Clay tables for lead sourcing, enrichment, and routing
Own Zapier workflows for campaign creation, CRM updates, disqualification logic
Ensure outbound campaigns always have fresh, high-quality leads
Monitor GTM metrics: replies, demos, conversions
Maintain Close CRM hygiene (dedupe, attribution, automations)
Turn sales/ops requests into scalable automations
Spin up new campaigns from: company type → job title → copy
You’ll sit between sales, marketing, data, and engineering—and turn ideas into live systems within hours, not weeks. ✅ What We’re Looking For
2+ years working with Clay, Zapier, or N8N
Experience with Close or similar CRMs
Strong understanding of lead enrichment, deduplication, attribution
Systems thinker who anticipates failure modes and builds resilient workflows
High-ownership operator who thrives in fast-moving environments
