About the Company:
Hyperke is a B2B lead generation agency operating in the North American and European market. We run cold email, phone and SMS campaigns for our clients, with the objective of setting qualified appointments for them. Website: hyperke.com.
These roles are NOT for people with no previous cold email outreach experience.
What you’ll own:
• Manage up to 10 client accounts (with SDR + inbox manager support)
• Audit and improve campaigns: targeting, copy, strategy, execution
• Diagnose failing accounts and run a weekly improvement loop
• Client comms and strategy suggestions when needed
Qualifications:
Account Manager (14L–18L)
• Experience: Built and managed 50+ Smartlead/Instantly campaigns (multi-industry, ~1-2 years)
• Experience: Familiar with Clay
• Understands offer, angles, proof, basic segmentation and testing
• Can explain 2 wins + 2 losses and what you changed
Senior Account Manager (26L–30L)
• Experience: Built and managed 200+ Smartlead/Instantly campaigns (multi-industry, ~2-4 years)
• Experience: 10+ Clay tables created
• Strong post-mortems: can diagnose failures and recommend next steps
• Resourceful and proactive: builds SOPs, finds data sources, creates new angles and process improvements without handholding
Proof required (no proof = no record):
A short Loom walkthrough or screenshots of campaigns you ran (client details blurred) + 1 written post-mortem showing how you improved results over time.
Baseline requirement (applies to both roles):
Your campaigns must be across multiple industries and run over a meaningful time period (not a short burst). You must be able to diagnose, make changes, and improve performance over time.
