I’m working with a client who helps global companies hire senior talent in Israel.
We’re trying to identify companies that don’t have a legal entity in Israel but are still looking to hire Israelis — meaning they’d need an EOR (Employer of Record) or similar setup.
ChatGPT suggested the following types of companies as good targets:
Global startups posting “Remote (Israel)” roles
Companies already working with EOR/PEO platforms like Deel, Remote, Papaya, Oyster, Safeguard
Organizations using “Contingent Workforce / Staff Augmentation / Vendor Management”
Product companies hiring contractors during peak periods (launches, fundraising rounds, etc.)
