Hiring Outbound Campaign Manager for Cold Email Strategy
Outbound Campaign Manager (Cold Email + Offer Creation + SDR) Weāre looking for a creative and data-driven Outbound Campaign Manager to help us run high-performing cold email campaigns targeting small and medium businesses in the U.S. Youāll use our ready-made infrastructure (domains, inboxes, email lists) to design offers, write email sequences, send outreach, and book meetings for our partners. About Us We have a network of AI agency partners for whom we generate leads and work on a success basis with them. We already have the full email stack in place ā warm domains, inboxes, verified data ā and now we need someone who can turn that infrastructure into booked calls and sales. Responsibilities
Create or refine the offer and positioning for each partner campaign (with AI assistance if you like).
Write and test cold email copy (subject lines, follow-ups, CTAs).
Launch and manage outreach campaigns using tools such as Instantly, BounceBan, Apollo, Prospeo, Clay.
Monitor metrics like open/reply/booked rate and iterate quickly.
Qualify replies and book meetings directly into partner calendars.
Maintain campaign dashboards and reports.
Requirements
Experience with cold email tools (Instantly).
Strong copywriting and offer-crafting skills ā you know how to make an SMB say āthatās exactly what we need.ā
Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to ideate, test, and personalize at scale.
Solid English communication and understanding of U.S. SMB markets.
Self-starter ā you can take a niche or service and build an outbound strategy around it.
Compensation
Hourly base + 5% of each sale generated. Sales are in the range of $3K to $20K.
Long-term work with multiple partner campaigns once you prove results.
Nice-to-Have
Prior experience as an SDR, Campaign Manager, or Growth Marketer.
Familiarity with LinkedIn or multichannel outreach.
Creative thinker ā can come up with new campaign angles fast.
