Issue with Update People Search Not Respecting Conditions

Is there a bug with the update people search? I have a conditional formula for Update people search to run only if companies are qualified (size and description scraped). But I see that the enrichment is running also for companies that are not qualified. Somehow the search is not registering the conditions. Can someone please help me out asap, it's urgent?
