Building a Company List by Tech Stack in Clay Without Enrichment

Is there a way in Clay to build a list of companies by tech stack rather than enriching? I want to get all the users of a particular software that is NOT webtech (so BuiltWith is useless) using HG Insights data. But I don’t want to have to enrich every single company in the US with that enrichment.
