Seeking Recommendations for Cost-Effective Cold Calling Platforms

Hey all, been enriching companies phone numbers for key decision makers and going to setup a cold calling system.

1.
Bought a number with Twilio already and added credits as well as SIP configurations for the number
2.
Looking for a platform that is cost effective enough to run cold calls to these numbers (20 per day at least) open to free easy to setup ones too

If anyone has advice on good softphones that are easy to setup, I have tried the free version of Zopier but running into issues with the SIP number parsing misinterpretation. Twilio setup is quite technical. Open to any advice.

You can try Bria Solo free or MicroSIP both are easier than Zoiper and work well with Twilio and make sure your SIP format is like sip:+1234567890@yourdomain.sip.twilio.com Also use G711 codec and double check SIP username and password from twilio

For something simple + cheap that works well with Twilio, try:
CloudTalk or JustCall – smooth Twilio integration, easier UI than Zoiper.
OpenPhone – super user-friendly, works great for solo/SMB setups, decent pricing.
Aircall – more polished, but pricier. Still good if you scale later.
If you're sticking to free, MicroSIP is way more reliable than Zoiper for SIP parsing and super lightweight. Also, double-check Twilio’s formatting — it needs E.164 format +15556667777 or SIP can break.
