Hi everyone. Our CRM is Dynamics 365. We have the Customer Insights module and use Marketing Emails as part of this to send emails in bulk. We want to continue sending these, but also send more targeted outbound emails using Clay Campaigns. The challenge I'm facing is consent, specifically how Clay and Dynamics should talk to each other once someone unsubscribes from emails from one of the systems. Consent in Dynamics is managed through an entity called Contact Point Consent, which doesn't have any fields in the actual Contact entity (which can be imported into Clay). I need to ensure that if someone unsubscribes from an email in Clay, that they automatically get unsubscribed from emails coming from Dynamics (and vice versa).
Does anyone already have experience with this? If so, what's your setup?
