Sharing Best Practices for Lead Scoring with Clay

Hey everyone 👋 I’m curious how you’re using Clay for lead scoring. Would love to hear about your approach or see any resources / examples you recommend.

Hi Boaz D. I usually just add a scoring column in Clay give points for things like size industry funding hiring or ad spend then roll it up into a priority score works well for most cases can share an example if you want.

Lead scoring in Clay usually combines firmographics (size, industry, location), technographics (stack data), intent signals (job posts, funding, news), and enrichment quality (valid email, LinkedIn match). You can set up a scoring column with weights (e.g. +10 if ICP industry, +5 if hiring sales roles, +20 if valid email). Some folks also layer AI formulas to create dynamic scores.
