Looking for Affordable APIs to Identify Open LinkedIn Profiles

Hi everybody can anybody help me with this? I am looking for an API that can identify open LinkedIn profiles that are free to inmail I am currently using “Fresh Linked In Profile Data” and “Linked In BULK data API” however I am finding that on the $45 plans I am reaching the API limit very often and the next jump up is $250 so this is too expensive also if possible I’m trying to find an API that can identify Free to in Maelle people on LinkedIn that do not necessarily have the premiu gold badge and so what I mean by this is some of you may know that on LinkedIn when you go to email somebody they are free to email however they do not have they do not appear to have the premium LinkedIn golden badge so ideally trying to find an API that can also identify Free to email people that do not necessarily have the golden LinkedIn premium subscription badge.
