Evaluating a Tech Stack for Efficient Cold Email Setup

hi guys, here's the tech stack I shared with a client to build a cold email setup to send 500 emails/day. I might have underestimated some operational costs to meet this goal. Thoughts?

I see overlaps between:
Prospeo
Enrichley and MillionVerifier
LGM, Smartlead (it already has email deliverability support)
Apollo, Export Apollo (some of the tools like Wiza and FindyMail have sales nav and apollo scrapers)
for domains, email inboxes i think you can explore something like salesforge or mailforge

Prospeo/Enrichley/MillionVerifier can be replaced by Findymail (finding + verification + catch-all verification) OpenAI cost seems high for your volume, which model are you using?
