does the apollo enrich email enrichment still have like massive API rate limits?

Yup... but you can use the new HTTP API to automatically retry.

but i'll need the explorer plan or something for that no? well if anyone wants to share an apollo account to help me bypaass this rate limit please let me know, i can also share mine and we can coordinate the runs to maximize the enrichments
