🚨 Hiring: Outbound Ops Specialist (Remote)
Inbox Navigator is building a tight outbound machine — and we’re looking for someone to own the ops side of cold email from end to end.
🧩 You’ll:
🎯 Build & enrich targeted lead lists (Apollo, Clay, ListKit, etc.)
🧼 Maintain clean data, verify contacts, keep bounce rates low
🚀 Launch and manage Smartlead campaigns (spintax, segments, A/B tests)
📊 Track performance, report weekly, and spot what’s working
🔄 Optimize everything — cadences, copy, data, timing
You’ll be working async, with clear SOPs, strong support, and room to operate. No micro-management. Just execution, iteration, and scale.
