Concerns Over Slow Response Times from Clay's Support Team

Anyone else experience very slow response times on clay's support recently? Like, I'm going on 9 hours waiting for a support ticket reply that isn't AI.

I think they are prioritizing the tickets based on the issues. Yesterday I had one reply in 20 mins. Another after 12 hours.

Nah, that's not it. The last time anyone from clay was active in Clay Support was Bruno R. over 14 hours ago. There's at least a dozen support tickets sitting in there neglected.
