Recommendations for Contact Sourcing APIs for Sustainable Keywords

Hi everyone, i am searching for the best contact sourcing API (didn't like Apollo, giving bad result) for finding ICP, our ICP is very specific to sustainable related keyword, what are you guys using on Clay ? Thanks a lot !

What sort of contacts are you looking for? The best practice would be to refer to the 2nd or 3rd lesson of this cohort and focus on workflows For work emails my work emails my preference is Leadmagic Findymail Datagma Dropcontact And for personal emails it will be Mixrank People data labs Forager And if you want phonenumbers Clah enrichments Leadmagic People data labs Wiza Datagma(optional)- too expensive Let me know if this awnsers your questions

Alexis T. I do this alot with my clients (Especially in niche industries)
1.
At least source the target accounts first and get the company name and websites (I assume you already have this)
2.
Instead of relying on Clay's 'Find people' or Apollo, which typically only has data of people on linkedin, use 'AI Finding' instead.
3.
Define the titles that you are looking for first
4.
And go into something like ChatGPT or Claude, and tell them to give you a detailed rundown on how they would look for those specific contacts that has those titles if all you have is a website and company name.
5.
Then, ask chatgpt to turn that into a prompt that is suited for a lightweight LLM to use within Clay.
6.
Paste that prompt into Clay, and get Clay to return the Full Name and Title. (Because that's all you need + the website) to find the emails using the waterfall data providers.

Hey! For sustainability-focused ICPs, most folks here combine multiple data vendors instead of relying on just Apollo. A good workflow is: → Start with Claygent / web search to identify companies mentioning sustainability, ESG, or climate goals. → Then use a Find People waterfall that includes Harmonic, People Data Labs, or RocketReach for cleaner results. → Finally, layer in Find Work Email (Enterprise) with Findymail or Dropcontact for verified addresses. This multi-source setup tends to produce much higher-quality contacts for niche ICPs like sustainability.
