Seeking GTM & Clay Expert for Candidate Profile Enrichment Project
https://www.upwork.com/jobs/~022008114991439242823 I’m looking for a GTM / Clay expert to help me enrich and score a large dataset of around 50,000 candidate profiles. The first step is enrichment. This includes pulling all available data from profiles such as skills, certifications, job history, titles, and relevant technologies. Once the enrichment is complete, the second step is scoring. I need a clear and logical scoring system that identifies the most prominent SAP technologies each candidate has experience with and ranks them from 1 to 5 (1 = strongest / primary technology, 5 = weakest / least prominent). This is a data-heavy project, so you’ll need to be very comfortable working at scale, handling edge cases, and building something that’s accurate and repeatable rather than manual. What I’m looking for • Experience with LinkedIn profile enrichment (cheaply, probably via APi / Webhook) • Strong hands-on experience with Clay (mandatory) • Good understanding of GTM-style enrichment workflows • Experience extracting, normalising, and ranking technical skills • Comfortable working with large datasets (50k+ rows) • Logical thinker who can explain scoring decisions clearly Nice to have • Experience with LinkedIn profile enrichment • Experience scoring or categorising tech talent (SAP, ERP, engineering, etc.) Please include • A short summary of your Clay experience • Examples of similar enrichment or scoring projects • Any suggestions you already have for how you’d approach this ` • Hourly rate Looking to get started fairly quickly if it’s a good fit.
