Hey guys! Need some help I own a franchise brokerage & we're reaching out to employees in the US to see if they would be open to exploring franchise ownership. It's kind of working, but I think our main bottleneck is that we're calling people with not much intent. I'm looking to "fish from better pond" and call people who have some level of intent towards career transition, business ownership or franchising. Is there anyone in here that could help with this? Feel free to DM me
love this idea Alexis G. you’re right - the key is reaching people who are actually thinking about a career change or owning a business. we can build lists using recent job changes, management experience, income, and “open to work” signals. if you want, we can jump on a quick call and i’ll show you how it works!
Alexis G. This is a classic signal-over-volume problem. The good news is there are a ton of intent signals hiding in plain sight for franchise-curious people - LinkedIn profile changes like "open to opportunities," recent layoff announcements, people engaging with franchise/entrepreneurship content, even SBA loan inquiry patterns if you can get creative with data sources. The trick is layering 3-4 of those signals together so you're calling someone who just updated their headline AND liked a post about leaving corporate AND is in a market where your franchise brands operate. Night and day difference in conversion when you stack those.
