Using a Scraper for LinkedIn Profile URLs: Sales Navigator Insights

hey guys, am using a scraper to get linkedin profiles and this scraper gives back what looks like sales nav urls the linkedin url i receive :

do you know any scraper / service that transforms those "coded" urls into classic ones like these

the urls i receive are not usable in most email providers...
