š§¬ The Growth DNA is hiring - GTM Engineer + SDRs Both roles are fully remote, 5 days/week. We're a small team that moves fast and cares about doing outbound right - if that sounds like your vibe, we'd love to hear from you. GTM Engineer (Full-time, Remote) This isn't a "build Clay tables" role - we need someone who understands why outbound works, not just how to run the tools. You'll be building campaigns end-to-end: ICP strategy, signal identification, copy, and yes, Clay workflows. But the differentiator is business understanding - knowing what makes a CFO at a 50-person SaaS company actually care about your client's offer.
Advanced Clay proficiency required
Experience with Smartlead/Instantly, Apollo, Prospeo, etc.
Comfortable on client calls (EU clients, English fluency)
CET timezone preferred

You'll be calling on behalf of our clients into EU and US markets. This is high-volume outbound - 100-200 dials/day ā so we need people who've done this before and can stay consistent.
1+ year cold calling experience preferred
Professional English fluency (you'll be calling EU/US prospects)
CET or EST timezone coverage
