Hiring: GTM Engineer We run outbound for healthcare/life sciences companies - in the past year we’ve put our clients in front of top 15 pharma, health systems, 85% of Fortune 500. Looking for someone who can:
Build custom TAMs and prospect lists using Clay and different scraping tools
Set up data workflows that actually work
Write executive-level copy that books meetings, not spam
You’ll work directly with me on campaign strategy, have full budget for tools/education, and clear path to Head of GTM. This isn’t a VA role at a mediocre agency. We send 1M+ emails/month with zero deliverability issues and 95%+ client retention. Campaigns have to actually perform. Remote, EU-friendly timezone preffered.
