Hiring GTM Specialist for Cold Email & Data Sourcing Role

Team ✅ here’s the role we’re hiring for: GTM Specialist for Cold Email & Data Sourcing to support daily outbound execution. Core Responsibilities: • Source leads daily across different data sources. • Build and optimize cold email campaigns inside Bison & Clay. • Manage list quality, enrichment, validation, and segmentation. • Monitor deliverability, performance, and campaign diagnostics. • Provide fast insights on ICP alignment, reply patterns, and GTM opportunities. What we’re looking for: • Strong experience running cold outbound at scale. • Deep understanding of GTM motions and data sourcing logic. • Comfortable owning campaign setup end-to-end with speed and accuracy. • Fluent in Clay, Apollo, and/or similar tools.
