Hiring GTM Lead (Remote, EST) for Outbound Agency – $100k-$110k + Bonuses
🚨 We're Hiring 🚨 GTM Lead (Remote, EST) - $100k - $110k Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (OTE $130k/yr) We're a 10-person outbound agency that runs done-for-you cold email and cold calling for ~30 B2B clients. We're growing fast and need a GTM Lead to own client results and lead a small fulfillment team. The role: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, lead a team of GTM strategists and SDRs, hit campaign KPIs (reply rates, meetings booked, deliverability), and be the go-to person when something needs fixing. You report to our Head of GTM and work directly with clients. You're a fit if you have:
2+ years running B2B cold outreach campaigns (cold email, cold calling)
Experience managing client relationships and leading a team
Hands-on experience with tools like Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, Heyreach, or similar
A scrappy, ownership-driven mindset
