We run pipeline for clients across SaaS, marketing agencies, financial services, staffing, and promo — and we need someone who can own the engine behind all of it. What you'll own: You'll map the entire GTM motion for our clients — strategy, campaigns, copy, and infrastructure health. That means ICP and targeting, building and running campaigns in Clay, writing outbound that gets replies, managing deliverability and sending infrastructure, and keeping the whole system healthy as we scale. You're a fit if you: → Are extremely scrappy — you find the data, build the workflow, and fix it at 2am when it breaks → Live in Claude Code and can get around it fluently as a daily driver → Think like a strategist, not just an executor — you understand why a campaign works, not just how to build it → Know Clay deeply (tables, enrichment chains, waterfalls, conditional logic) → Understand outbound end-to-end: list building → enrichment → copy → launch → deliverability This is not the role for you if: → You're entitled or carry an ego → You need to be told what to do every day → You want a slow, predictable 9-to-5 We move fast and we're scaling hard.
