Hiring: Inbox Manager (SDR) - B2B Cold Email (Full-Time, Remote) Location: Remote (Worldwide) Type: Full-Time Compensation: 1.5-2K OTE The Role You'll be responsible for managing inboxes across multiple client campaigns, triaging replies, forwarding leads, handling out-of-office/bounces, and keeping deliverability healthy. This is the backbone of our operation. Day-to-day:
Monitor and manage replies across multiple client inboxes
Categorize replies: interested, not interested, OOO, bounce, unsubscribe
Flag deliverability issues (bounce spikes, spam complaints)
Maintain inbox hygiene and warmup schedules
Update CRM (Close) and Google Sheets with lead statuses
Assist with basic campaign QA before launch
