The goal is to give them fresh outbound strategies, sharpen execution, and accelerate results without pulling me into the technical weeds. What weβre looking for β’ 3β7+ years in outbound or GTM operations with SaaS, tech, or B2B agency experience β’ Strong track record building and optimizing outbound systems at scale β’ Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members β’ Not a founder running their own competing agency β ideally an operator, GTM engineer, or outbound lead inside a company Tools and platforms they should be familiar with We want someone with hands-on experience across a wide range of modern GTM and AI-driven outbound tools, including: β’ Prospecting & Data β Clay, Apollo, Seamless, ZoomInfo, Cognism, LeadIQ β’ Personalization & Messaging β Lavender, Regie.ai, Lyne.ai, Copy.ai, Jasper β’ Outreach & Sequencing β SmartLead, Outreach, Salesloft, Reply.io, HubSpot Sequences β’ LinkedIn Automation β HeyReach, Expandi, Zopto, Octopus β’ Deliverability & Warmup β Mailreach, Warmbox, InboxAlly β’ Intent Data & Signals β Trigify, Bombora, 6sense, Clearbit β’ CRM & RevOps β HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close.io β’ AI Assistants & Enrichment β OpenAI, Clay Agents, People Data Labs, Clearbit Enrichment The expectation isnβt mastery of every single tool, but fluency across categories and the ability to recommend the right play for different outbound scenarios.
