Our GTM Engineers sit at the intersection of marketing operations, automation, and outbound execution, building and running growth systems that turn data into revenue. What You Will Do • Build, enrich, and segment lead lists using Clay, Trigify, Apollo.io, RB2B, Bombora, and Seamless/intent data sources • Launch outbound campaigns across multichannel outreach platforms (email, social, etc.), including Smartlead and Heyreach. • Manage multiple client accounts and own campaign execution end-to-end • Create automations and integrations across tools to streamline workflows • Submit daily updates and communicate proactively with the internal team • Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and campaign performance Compensation • Base pay per client account • Weekly and monthly performance bonuses tied directly to results • Commission on closed revenue from leads you generate Top performers can earn $2,000 to $5,000+ per month part-time, depending on execution volume and outcomes.
