Hey @channel! With the rise of GTME roles, we’ve been hearing from a lot of companies looking for high quality candidates. If you know someone who'd be a great GTME at a startup/tech company, please have them fill out this 30-second form! We’ll be reviewing every submission (using Clay, of course!) and making potential matches. 🚀
Are there any internship type roles available? Natalie H.
Emmanuel O. Good idea! Feel free to apply as a Clay Club host here, the clay community has been doing global clay events 🌎
Hey Natalie H. clearly there is a scarcity of candidates with the right skills. Of course it also depends very much on the company size and the exact remit of the role. What we started doing for our clients is walk them through the Clay building hand in hand so that:
the get workflows built by experts to quickly be able to have some solid work implemented
get trained as those flows are built so that they can upskill their existing team instead of recruiting (many have existing team members looking for career growth so it’s an opportunity to retain their existing talent)
That could be an other option for them to find solutions for both fast quality implementations while finding the right talent (in-house) Thoughts?
Daniel M. FYI 👆 😉
To Jordan; I just wanted to say how much I appreciated your idea. It truly brought light to my understanding and sparked new inspiration within me. Your words were not only insightful but also genuinely motivating. Thank you for sharing such a powerful message and to every other person that contributed. To Natalie Ho; “have you thought of ClayAfrica?”, we can get the ball rolling 😎
^^ true, but it still requires the sophistication of architecting the table (connecting multiple tables to one, the workflow, etc.), adding logic for fallbacks/error handling, which right now I don't think sculptor does. But I guess over the iterations in Sculptor you might be able to get there. And if you do, the philisophical question is: does it matter how you got there or that you got there?
The only problem with certs based on tables alone is that anyone can chat with sculptor to get a table in a few minutes that will pass. Also they could easily submit templates from a LinkedIn post.
also +1 on certs -- I think that show cases dedication and achievement for a role that's relatively new.
Hey Paul! That would be great thank you! We're working on a flow so that once people get their certifications, it'll point them to our form.
Natalie H. This is extremely exciting, thanks for putting this together! Would you recommend i complete the 3 certs before filling this out?
is this different than the from that was created a few months back or the same?
