Amazing! I think clay should basically tell companies, “this role is $200k to $350k, to set expectations” and then Clay should certify folks (I’ll help). That way it makes the profession not some bullshit throwaway title, folks know to respect it, and Clay can stamp people as like certified and at that rate Clay can even work with the people to help them. There’s for sure a way that Clay being in the center can elevate the role,
