Thanks for your support Sourabh! Seems I've followed the csv import steps accordingly (but would be happy to check in more depth any details on csv/field mapping for future imports). By handling some of this categorization manually as a workaround do you mean typing or copy+paste in the values in each row? I tried to build a prompt in Clay in order to reproduce a similar categorization system, I will be testing that in a small batch. Even tough I still need to clean up this csv records from the overview but I wasn't able to...

Thank you! The csv show up in the overview, but there is no data in the new columns that should have been updated with it. I also have all these attempts but no new records from 27 Aug in the 'Updated at'. So clearly the data did not upload.
