Role: Part-Time SDR (List Building, Campaign Ops for a Cold Email Agency) What you'll do
Build and upload lead lists each week using my tools and SOP
Check campaigns daily for bounce, spam and deliverability issues, and flag them to me before they become problems
Reply to interested leads using my reply playbook. For the first two weeks you draft and I approve. After that you send.
Hours and pay
About [2 to 8] hrs/week, the same block every weekday. Note: This has the capacity to grow to more hours, if things go well, you can run this for my other clients.
Your daily work block must fall within 8 AM–5 PM CDT. You do not need to cover that entire window.
$[8] to $[13]/hr, with a paid 2-week trial
You
Strong written English. Your replies go out under my clients' names.
During your block, you reply to interested leads within 10 minutes. If the lead has a cell number, ping me on Slack and I'll call.
Reliable internet with a backup
Able to follow SOPs, recognize problems, and communicate them clearly.
Not for you if
You're an agency or would subcontract the work
You want to automate the replies. The system already handles what a system should. The reply is deliberately human, and that's the point.
You can't work the same block every day
To apply, DM me:
Hourly rate, hours per week, time zone, and which CDT hours you can cover
How you'd respond to this prospect reply: "Interesting. What does this cost?"
A 3-minute Loom walking through a campaign you've managed: what you monitored, what went wrong and how you caught it. Show real numbers on screen and blur client names. NO stock loom videos. It MUST cover the following:
Context: Client’s offer, target audience, reporting dates, and your responsibilities.
Results: Show total emails sent, unique prospects contacted, replies including OOO/automated replies, human replies excluding those responses, interested replies, and bounces. Show counts and rates; explain each denominator and what qualified as “interested.” Count unique prospects for reply metrics—not reply messages. No open rates.
Copy: Show and read the first email—not a follow-up—and briefly explain the angle and CTA. State whether you wrote it. If not, show your own short rewrite too.
Diagnosis: Explain one client bottleneck, the evidence behind it, how you fixed it or would fix it, and the actual result or how you’d measure success.
Use the same campaign and dates throughout. Blur confidential details. If a number isn’t available, say so—don’t estimate. Distinguish actual work/results from proposed fixes.
GTM Engineer at Provena AI (remote, $800 to $3,000/month + bonuses) Here's the problem we're hiring to solve. Anyone can get Claude to produce a cold email now. Very few people can tell you why one email books meetings and another gets ignored. We need the second kind of person. Provena is a fractional go to market team for B2B software companies selling into niche markets. We run cold email and LinkedIn for our clients, from finding the right accounts to booking the meeting. This is one role with two halves: 1. Write and build the campaigns. Take a client's offer, find the angle their buyers care about, write the sequence yourself, build the list behind it, and keep improving it once it's live. 2. Own the client. You're the person they hear from every week. Clear updates, straight answers, and the calm that keeps their trust when a week is slow. We work in Claude Code every day, and you'll need to be fluent in it. We use it for list building, enrichment and running campaigns. The judgement and the words come from you. A normal week - Turning an onboarding call into an ICP, an angle and a first sequence - Building lists from real signals (hiring, funding, new leadership, tech stack) with Apify and APIs inside Claude Code - Verifying and segmenting leads before anything is sent - Running campaigns in PlusVibe, with LinkedIn alongside - Reading every reply, spotting what's working, fixing what isn't - Running our existing SOPs properly. They're written, we need them followed well You're a fit if - You've written cold email by hand that booked meetings, and you can show the numbers - You've run campaigns end to end: offer, list, copy, launch, iteration - You're comfortable in Claude Code, Apify and APIs - You've used PlusVibe, Smartlead, Instantly or EmailBison, and you understand deliverability - Your written English is clean enough to put in front of a client's CEO - You fix problems without being chased Pay $800 to $3,000 a month base, depending on experience. On top of that, you earn bonuses tied to the two things this role exists for: - Client results: when your campaigns book meetings for the client, you share in it - Client retention: when a client you own renews and stays, you get paid for keeping them The best people here earn well above the base. There's also room to grow into leading the team. We'd prefer someone based in South America or Southeast Asia (the Philippines and similar) who can overlap with US Eastern hours each day. How to apply Email jayant@provena-ai.com with the subject "GTM Engineer Application, booked not replied" and send: 1. Your LinkedIn or CV 2. Three sequences you wrote and sent, with their reply rate, positive reply rate and meetings booked. We skip applications without these. 3. One list you built, and how you built it 4. A campaign went to 1,000 leads and got 8 replies, 0 interested. What are the first three things you'd check, in order, and why? 5. The tools you've used 6. Where you're based, the US Eastern hours you can cover, and when you could start Individuals only, no agencies please. Important: we read every application ourselves. We're looking for your own thinking. If an application reads like it was generated and sent without real thought behind it, it won't get a reply.
Hiring: GTM Engineer – Snipe Outbound Snipe Outbound is a cold email agency for B2B SaaS companies that sell through live demos. We run outbound on internal systems for research, enrichment, sending, reply handling and reporting, with copy informed by 10M+ sends and an AI SDR handling every reply. We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to take client offers and turn them into campaigns that book demos. You’ll take everything we hand you (onboarding calls, client materials, data) and own the work end to end: ideating campaigns, writing copy and building lead lists. To be clear up front: all of our work happens inside Claude Code, so you need to be comfortable working there every day. But Claude Code is the workspace, not the writer. We’re hiring a real copywriter and campaign strategist who has written campaigns by hand, knows why they worked, and has the results to prove it. We don’t care who has the best AI-generated sequences. 📍 Fully remote, with overlap with US Eastern hours What you’ll own
Turning onboarding calls and client materials into ICPs, angles and offers
Ideating campaigns and writing cold email sequences yourself, then testing new angles
Building complex, targeted lead lists in Claude Code using Apify scrapers and APIs: job board signals, hiring, funding, new leadership, tech stack, and creative sources when the obvious ones run dry
Persona segmentation, enrichment and verification
Setting up and maintaining sending infrastructure: Google/Microsoft inboxes, domains, DNS, warmup and rotation
Launching campaigns in EmailBison and running LinkedIn outreach alongside email
Monitoring campaigns daily, diagnosing reply or deliverability issues, and refilling leads
Documenting every play that works as an SOP
You should have
Strong copywriting skills, with a track record of cold email that gets replies and books meetings (and the numbers to back it up)
Experience running full end-to-end campaigns: offer, list, copy, infrastructure, launch and optimization
Hands-on experience working in Claude Code, Apify scrapers and APIs
Experience building complex, targeted lead lists from job boards and creative sources
Experience with EmailBison, Smartlead or Instantly
Solid deliverability knowledge
A builder’s mindset: you bring expertise we don’t have and build on what already works
A proactive mindset: you spot problems and fix them without waiting for instructions
A hunger to grow: this starts as a GTME role, but with solid performance it’s likely to become Head of GTME within 6–12 months
Compensation: $1,000–$3,000/month, based on experience To apply, email leon@snipeoutbound.com with the subject line SNIPE GTM APPLICANT and include:
Your LinkedIn or CV
Three full email sequences you’ve written and sent in the past, with the results they got (reply rate, positive reply rate, meetings booked). This is mandatory. Applications without it won’t be reviewed.
One lead list you’ve built and how you built it (sources, signals, scrapers or APIs used)
The tools you’ve worked with
Your location, the US Eastern hours you can cover, and your earliest start date
No agencies, individual applicants only.
